How we are running from 1st September 2020

General - 

​

From the 1st September StreetLight is not going to be the same as before we closed.  We have implimented several changes.  Every person 11 yrs and over must be wearing a mask inside the building unless they are on the skate park, sat at a table/sofa, in the cafe or in the soft play area.

 

Hand sanitiser is located all around the building and we encourage you to use this.  

There will also be a temperature check on arrival for all using the centre.

Skate Park - 

​

All free riding sessions will be first come, first on basis.

All riders will have filled in our Skate Consent Form. 

​

The doors to the park will not be open until 5 mins before your session time.  There will be a queue system in the car park ready for the next session. 

​

The skate park has reduced capacity and we will only allow this number on the park.  Parents/guardians are not allowed on the park.

​

On the park, we have implemented social distance markers on top of each ramp.  These are to indicate how many people can be on top of the ramp and where to space yourself.  

 

Anyone not following social distancing will be asked to leave without refund. 

​

There is a clear entrance and exit of the park. Riders are to use these.

​

Scooters and skate boards are still available to borrow but will be lent out from the skate park desk. No helmets will be provided and will need to be provided by the rider. (These are available to buy from the shop if needed)

During the session, riders can use the cafe but only if social distancing is implemented.  Friends cannot sit in the same areas as their friends.  Only family and bubbles can sit together.   When the session is over, riders can buy a drink or food from the cafe but must leave with 30 minutes of the session ending.

Cafe - 

​

The cafe can be used during the day before the skate park is open to the public for eating in, providing there is space for you to socially distance.  Takeaway is also available.  Once the skate park is open to the public, the cafe is only for those using the park and their family.  Takeaway is still available.  This is to reduce the capacity of the cafe.

Soft Play - 

​

The soft play has been divided into 2 sections, baby and toddler.  You are welcome to book these free of charge, but this is for 1 family/bubble per section.  This session is for 45minutes.  Hand sanitiser is mandatory for anyone using these areas.  

​

Pool and Table football - 

​

These are to be used in your family group or bubble.  Hand sanitiser and wipes are available to wipe off handles, cues and pool balls.
