THE CENTRE
THE SKATE PARK
StreetLight is home to an indoor skatepark within our wider 2,500 sq ft community centre, creating a unique space where children and young people can ride, meet friends and feel part of something.
Our skatepark is designed primarily for scooters and skateboards and welcomes riders of all abilities, from complete beginners learning the basics to more experienced riders developing new tricks and building confidence.
The skatepark is more than just ramps. It sits at the heart of a busy community centre with a café, games and youth activities, giving young people somewhere positive to spend time, be active and connect with others.
As a charity, we work hard to keep the skatepark affordable and accessible. Income from the centre helps us maintain and improve the ramps, support our youth work and continue providing a safe, welcoming environment for local young people.
Our team aims to create a friendly and encouraging atmosphere where riders can enjoy themselves, progress at their own pace and become part of the StreetLight community.
Whether it’s your first time on a scooter or skateboard, or you’re already a regular rider, you’re always welcome at StreetLight.

STREETLIGHT CAFE
Welcome to the StreetLight Café
StreetLight Café is more than somewhere to grab a coffee. As part of StreetLight Community Centre, every purchase helps support our work with children, young people and families in the local community.

We want the café to be a warm, welcoming and affordable space where everyone feels comfortable whether you’re meeting a friend, bringing the kids to play, watching the skatepark, or simply popping in for a drink.

Our menu includes barista-style coffee, hot and cold drinks, snacks, lunches and treats, alongside our Little Legends deals designed to keep food and drink affordable for families and children visiting the centre.

A portion of what you spend also helps us grow our Community Fund, which allows us to support people who may otherwise miss out. The fund helps provide things such as free food and drinks, access to activities, parties and sessions for local families who need a little extra support.

So when you buy a coffee, lunch or treat at StreetLight, you’re not just supporting a café you’re helping us keep StreetLight open, welcoming and accessible for the whole community.

STREETLIGHT SOFT PLAY+ OUR BRAND NEW ROLEPLAY SECTION
Soft Play & Roleplay Village

Our Soft Play & Roleplay Village is a fun, welcoming space created for younger children to explore, imagine and play.
Alongside our soft play area, children can enjoy our growing Roleplay Village, with different themed spaces designed to encourage creativity, confidence and imaginative play. From pretend cafés and emergency services to building and make-believe adventures, there’s plenty for little ones to discover.
As a charity, we want StreetLight to stay affordable and accessible for local families, which is why entry is kept at just £2 per child.
When you book, you’ll also have the option to add a donation. If you’re able to give a little extra, it makes a huge difference. Your donation helps us maintain and grow the roleplay area, replace toys and equipment, create new play experiences and support our wider work with children and families in the community.
Even an extra £1, £2 or £5 on your booking helps us keep improving the space without having to significantly increase the entry price.
A portion of every soft play booking also goes into our Little Legends Community Fund, helping provide free food and drinks, parties, activities and access to sessions for families who may need a little extra support.
So when you visit StreetLight, you’re not simply paying for play — you’re helping create a place where more local children can play, belong and be supported.
If you’re able to add a donation when booking, thank you. It genuinely helps us keep building something special for local families.
