Service Description
Skate parties Our Skate Parties are priced per child at £18 per head, with a minimum booking of 10 children. Your group will have full use of the skatepark for the party, making it ideal for scooter riders, skateboarders and children who want a more active celebration. Food is included in the price, with pizza and chips as our standard party meal. Alternative options can also be arranged if requested in advance. The Soft Play and Roleplay Village are not included as standard, but access can be added separately if required. A fun, energetic party with everything kept simple under one per-person price. Soft-play and Roleplay village: Enjoy exclusive use of our Roleplay Village and Soft Play area for two full hours, giving your group plenty of space to play, explore and celebrate together. Your party includes unlimited squash for the children, while our café remains open throughout the booking for parents and guests who would like to purchase coffees, drinks and items from our limited café menu. Food is not included with this package, giving you the flexibility to keep things simple or make your own arrangements. Perfect for younger children who love imaginative play, climbing, exploring and having the whole area to themselves.

Cancellation Policy
Party Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. However, our party sessions are reserved exclusively for your booking and are often booked several weeks or months in advance. Cancellations, particularly at short notice, can therefore leave us unable to offer that party slot to another family. More than 14 days before your party You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before your party. Your booking deposit is non-refundable, as this covers the reservation of your party slot and associated administration. Less than 14 days before your party If you cancel within 14 days of your party date, the full outstanding balance will normally remain payable. This is because at this stage we are unlikely to be able to refill a party slot that has been reserved specifically for your booking. Where we are able to successfully rebook the cancelled party slot, we may reduce or refund the cancellation charge to reflect this. We also recognise that exceptional circumstances can occur. Where appropriate, these will be considered individually at StreetLight's discretion. If StreetLight has to cancel your party If we are unable to provide your party for any reason, you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund of all payments made. For cancellations more than 14 days before your party, please use the online cancellation facility.
