Cancellation Policy

SEND Connect Booking Policy To help keep SEND Connect relaxed, safe and manageable for everyone, all places must be booked in advance. Maximum capacity: 15 children/young people per session. -Booking:Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis. - Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. - Parents/carers: A responsible parent or carer must remain on site and supervise their child throughout the session. - Siblings: Additional siblings must also be included when booking so we can manage capacity safely. - Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so the place can be offered to another family. - Refunds/transfers: Bookings cancelled at least 72 hours before the session may be transferred to another available SEND Connect session. Cancellations within 24 hours are normally non-refundable and non-transferable. - Late arrival: Your place will still be held, but the session will finish at the advertised time. - Behaviour and safety: StreetLight reserves the right to intervene where behaviour creates a significant safety risk to the child, other visitors or staff. - Facilities: Access to activities is subject to availability and appropriate supervision. Individual areas may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or safety reasons. - Session changes: If StreetLight has to cancel a session, families will be offered a transfer or full refund.
